Nanchang Zhongtian Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing electrical home appliances and IT products. We are one of Jiangxi Hi-Tech enterprises. With many years' experience in designing and manufacturing, we cover an area of 86000sqm, with convenient transportation. There are two standard factories in our company, which are the biggest in electrical home appliance and electronic IT product field in Jiangxi province, totally covering 38,000sqm. Our company has more than 800 employees, including more than 200 engineers and technicians. We specialize in SMT, AI, base board DIP, Assembly and Moulding. We have the most advanced equipment - FUJI, YAMAHA production lines and Japanese Panasonic auto DIP machines. In our factory, there are two domestic first-class production lines of 14 inches to 34 inches CRT TV and above 32 inches LCD TV, two world level production lines of 17 inches to 22 inches of advanced diamond CRT color monitor and TFT-LCD monitor. At the same time, we have large-scale mounding plastic machines form 800 tons to 1650 tons, six production lines for free-static closed painting room and advanced silk-printing equipment. At present, our company mainly produces OEM and ODM color TVs for TCL Group, the U.S.A. Viewsonic color monitors, TFT-LCD color monitors, LCD TVs, DVB-T, DVB-C, DVB-S and other electronic products. Our products have been sold to the U.S.A., Europe and Taiwan area. The yield is up to 1,500,000 sets of color TVs and 1,000,000 sets of color monitors. We have formed a cooperative platform complying with international standards. We have become a leading enterprise in Jiangxi Province. We have already passed ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 certifications successfully. Our products have international certificates of CCC, CE, CB, FCC, C-UL, TUV and MIC.
