At present, Yulong owns 4 high vacuum coating machines with chamber sizes varied from 700mm to 1200mm, and has 1200mm multi-layer coating machines made in Korea and three high-vacuum coating machines made in China. The coaters are all equipped with electric beam gun, ion source, optical or crystal film thickness monitors, two sets of spectrum-Shimadzu UV-2401 and UV-3150 imported from Japan, and sets of ultrasonic washing machines. We have more than 50 employees, with a team of experienced engineers and technicians.
