DIAMOND COMICS GROUP OF PUBLICATIONS Diamond Comics (P) Ltd. is India's largest publisher and exporter of Comics and magazines on Yog, Health, Astrology, Crime and various other interesting topics. The parent company of Diamond Comics was established in 1907 in Pakistan under the banner of Bharatiya Bhandar Pustakalaya and was reestablished in India after partition in 1950 as Punjabi Pustak Bhandar. Star Publications (P) Ltd. , Publication India and Hindi Book Centre were established in 1960 and entered into the field of publication and exports. In 1978 our group entered into the field of publication of comics in India under the banner Diamond Comics (P) Ltd, with publication in paperback, fiction and non-fiction under the banner Diamond Pocket Books (P) Ltd. In the same year we started with an offset printing unit under the name Best Photo Offset Printer and Publication of non-fiction monthly journal under the banner Diamond Magazines. In 1997, we established D C Group of Publications where we started the monthly publications in the field of comics along with Diamond Comics in Hindi, English and all the regional Indian languages. This group has a capacity to print, publish and distribute one new book in a day in multi languages and has got a team of over 150 highly creative individuals working innovatively to deliver high quality and reach out to the Indian audience of all social strata and age groups. Presently, we are publishing ten different characters of Diamond Comics along with three different monthly Comics magazine with the features of National and International comic characters with non-fiction monthly periodicals on Osho, Vastu, Yog, Astrology, Crime and Health. We plan to come out with spiritual and cultural monthly journal in the near future. We have also started working on 2D and 3D animations, Tele films based on Diamond Comics as we are on TV network for the last 10 years with live presentation based on Diamond Comics characters and its stories based on fun, fantasy and adventure for children of all age group. Diamond Comics is planning to launch a independent national channel under the banner Diamond Comics Channel strictly dedicated to Indian Characters and Indian culture and heritage with live and cartoons based animated serials based on Diamond Comics characters full of fun, fantasy, adventure and will also launch live and animated TV serials on Indian culture, folk tales and religion. The key success factor has been the largest distribution network in India right from metros to the remotest areas of all the states and that too in different regional languages apart from Hindi and English.
